September Cottage Eldercare appreciates the comments and feedback received from our residents and their families.
Read what they have to say:
"I want to thank you for the wonderful care and attention you are obviously giving my mother. Dad had been so concerned about finding the right place for Mom and he has been so relieved to find such a caring environment for her. He sent me one of your brochures and I truly believe that your place is an answer to our prayers. I'm anxious to see September Cottage and to meet you soon. In the meantime I wanted you to know I appreciate all you are doing for her. ." - Cheryl, WI
"My father is a resident here and we love this place and the people who run it! We removed him from an assisted living facility that was too big, now he gets personalized attention." - Kris, Scandia, MN
"We all would like to thank Alana Sundberg and Justin Snell and their family for their tender care of Teddy in his last few months in Scandia."
- The Johnsons, Scandia, MN.

My mother spent the last few years of her life at September Cottage. She passed away in January, 2016. Alana, Justin, Josiah, and all the staff were so good to her. She loved them all, and they loved her.
This is a wonderful place. Everyone in my family felt that we were very lucky to have found September Cottage. It was the best place we could possibly have found, and we are so grateful for the care they gave to our mother.
Justin & Alana
Our family can’t thank you enough for the care you gave Mom while she was with you. We had Mom in a nursing home for a month before you were recommended to my Dad at his Alzheimer's support group. After visiting with you we knew we had found a home for Mom during the last stages of her disease. While the care she received from the nursing home was good nursing care it was not the same as the compassion and care you gave mom, it was overwhelming and felt like being at home. At the very end when we knew Mom didn’t have much time left we were able to go home and feel at peace with ourselves because we knew Mom was with people that really cared about her and us.
You are now family and forever a part of our lives.
Bob and all of Marlene’s family
